Revision 3.1.2 • Strict Enforcement Policy
The Bothive ecosystem is designed for ethical automation. Deviation from these standards results in immediate termination of the Neural Path and permanent workspace blacklisting.
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs every byte of data processed via the Pulse Engine and every tool executed via HiveLang. Whether you are using our hosted environment or the Bothive CLI, these rules are non-negotiable.
You are strictly prohibited from authoring HiveLang scripts or deploying Agents that perform, or attempt to perform, the following:
Phishing, credential harvesting, or deceptive AI personas designed to mislead humans for financial gain.
Automated vulnerability scanning, exploit delivery, or the management of botnet clusters via Bothive adapters.
Using Agents to generate mass legal threats, automated DMCA abuse, or systemic harassment through communication adapters.
Intentionally creating infinite recursion loops or "Recursive Swarms" designed to exhaust Bothive's compute or integration rate limits.
While Bothive supports high-autonomy Agents, we strongly recommend implementing "Human-in-the-Loop" (HITL) checkpoints for any action involving financial transactions over $1.00 USD or any destructive modification of third-party data. **Failure to implement HITL is at your own extreme legal risk.**
Attempts to "Jailbreak" the underlying LLMs provided through the Bothive API or to bypass the Pulse Engine's security sandbox are strictly forbidden. We monitor all input/output flows for patterns associated with prompt injection and model exploitation.
Agents must not be configured to generate or distribute content that promotes discrimination, disparagement, or violence against individuals or groups based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality.
If an Agent is found in violation of this AUP, Bothive reserves the right to:
Evidence-based disputes regarding agent suspension can be submitted to our trust and safety team at abuse@bothive.com. Decisions rendered by the Trust & Safety team are final and non-negotiable.
